Order Cut-Off & Processing Time:

  • Orders placed before 05:00 PM (GMT-05:00) on business days (Monday to Friday) are processed the same day.

  • Orders placed after 05:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Processing Time:

  • Orders are carefully packed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Transit & Delivery Time:

  • Order Processing Time: 1–2 business days

  • Transit Time: 3–5 business days

  • Total Delivery Time: 4–7 business days (processing + transit)
    Please note: Delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high seasonal demand.

Shipping Charges:

  • A flat $20 shipping fee applies per order.

  • No hidden charges are added at checkout.

Shipping Coverage:

  • Currently, we ship only within the United States.

  • International shipping is not available yet, but we plan to expand in the future.

Tracking & Notifications:

  • After placing your order, you will get an email confirmation with your order details.

  • Once shipped, you will receive another email with a tracking number to monitor your package.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to activate after shipment.

Address Accuracy:

  • Customers must provide complete and correct shipping information during checkout.

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses may lead to delays, returns, or extra shipping charges.

  • If you notice an error after placing an order, contact us immediately. Address changes are possible only if the order hasn’t been processed yet.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages:

  • If your package is delayed or lost, we will coordinate with the carrier to investigate.

  • If the carrier marks a package as “delivered” but you haven’t received it, we will review the situation and may ask for additional details.

  • While we cannot guarantee compensation for packages marked as delivered, we will assist as best as possible.

Damaged Items in Transit:

  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include clear photos of both the product and packaging.

  • Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Delivery Restrictions:

  • We ship only to valid street addresses in the USA.

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
