Shipping & Delivery:
Do you deliver outside the U.S.?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. Any future updates will be reflected in our shipping policy.
What is the shipping fee?
A flat $20 shipping fee applies to all U.S. orders, regardless of weight or quantity.
How soon will I get my order?
Processing Time: 1–2 business days to confirm and pack your order.
Shipping Time: 3–7 business days depending on location.
Total Estimated Delivery: 4–9 business days from purchase.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Tracking usually updates within 24 hours after dispatch.
What if tracking says “delivered” but I haven’t received my package?
Check around your property and with neighbors.
Confirm your shipping address is correct.
If missing, contact info@luxfairs.shop.
Note: If the carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, LuxFairs is not responsible for theft or loss after delivery.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses?
Currently, we do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
Do holidays affect delivery?
Deliveries may take longer during busy holiday seasons due to high demand and carrier delays. Early orders are recommended.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges:
How do returns work?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
All tags, dust bags, and accessories must be included.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Do you accept exchanges?
Yes. Exchanges are allowed for the same style in a different color or size, subject to stock availability.
If unavailable, you may choose a refund or store credit.
Price differences will be refunded or charged accordingly.
What if my handbag arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide clear photos of the damage and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost.
What if I get the wrong item or color?
Contact us immediately with photos.
We will cover return shipping and send the correct product or issue a refund.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned item.
Refunds go to the original payment method.
Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to LuxFairs’ error.
Which returns are not accepted?
Used, worn, or damaged items due to misuse.
Clearance or final-sale items marked non-refundable.
Items missing original packaging, tags, or accessories.
Unauthorized returns not pre-approved by support.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders may be changed or canceled within 12 hours of placing them. After this period, changes are not possible.
Which payment options do you accept?
Major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. SSL encryption and secure payment gateways are used. Payment details are never stored on our servers.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is applied where required by law and displayed at checkout.

Not applicable. Each LuxFairs handbag is medium-sized, with dimensions listed on the product page.

Do you offer bulk purchases or custom designs?
Currently, we do not offer bulk discounts or custom handbag designs.
Are there any hidden charges?
No. Apart from shipping and applicable taxes, there are no extra charges.
