Exchange & Return Window:

Standard Period:

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

After 14 Days:

  • Returns and exchanges cannot be accepted after 14 days under any circumstances.

Return & Exchange Conditions:

Product Condition:

  • Handbags must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  • All tags, dust bags, protective covers, and included accessories must be returned.

  • Products must not show signs of wear, scratches, stains, odors, or damage.

Proof of Purchase:

  • A valid order confirmation email or original receipt is required to process any return or exchange.

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges for the same item in a different color, size, or variation are accepted, subject to stock availability.

  • If the requested exchange item is unavailable, you may choose a refund or store credit.

  • Exchanges for different items are also allowed; any price difference will be refunded or charged accordingly.

Return Label & Shipping Costs:

Prepaid Return Label:

  • Every order comes with a prepaid return label for your convenience.

If LuxFairs is at Fault:

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective, or damaged product), LuxFairs will cover the full return shipping cost.

If the Return is by Customer Choice:

  • If the return is due to customer preference (change of mind, wrong color, style, or size), you may still use the prepaid label, but the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Returns & Exchanges Not Accepted:

  • Handbags that have been used, worn, or show signs of wear.

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or neglect.

  • Final-sale or clearance items marked non-returnable at purchase.

  • Items returned without their original packaging, tags, or included accessories.

Refund Details: Refund Method:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Processing Timeline:

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 4 business days. Confirmation will be sent via email. Refund timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider but will be within 4 business days.

Deductions:

  • Return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund for customer-choice returns.

Restocking Fee:

  • No restocking fees apply.

Exchange Process:

  • Contact us at info@luxfairs.shop with your order number and the item you wish to exchange.

  • Repack the handbag securely with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

  • Attach and use the prepaid return label provided with your order.

  • Drop off the package at the carrier listed on your return label.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will ship your requested exchange (subject to availability).

Step-by-Step Return Instructions:

  1. Place the unused handbag with all accessories, dust bag, and tags inside the original packaging.

  2. Attach the prepaid return label included in your shipment.

  3. Drop the package off at the carrier location specified on the label.

  4. After inspection, you will receive an email confirmation regarding your refund or exchange.
